NetBrain's Change Management approval process currently does not account for a scheduled execution time for a Runbook-based change. Approvers cannot review or factor in when the change is planned to run, and the system does not prevent the Runbook from executing at its scheduled time if approval has not yet been granted. This enhancement would incorporate the scheduled execution time into the approval workflow, allowing approvers to see and confirm the planned timing as part of their review, and would block the Runbook from executing at the scheduled time unless approval has been completed. This would give organizations stronger governance over when changes occur, ensuring that time-sensitive maintenance windows are not executed without proper authorization.
