Add a Third "Notification/Warning" Status Code for Network Intent Assessments

Network Intent assessments currently support only two result states, success and error, which does not allow users to represent outcomes that are ambiguous or informational in nature rather than clearly pass or fail. This enhancement would introduce a third status code, such as a yellow-colored Notification or Warning state, that can be applied when an assessment result does not fit a strict success or error classification. Supporting this additional status across dashboards and reporting would give customers a more accurate way to represent nuanced check outcomes and reduce the need for manual workarounds when consuming assessment results.
