Absolute Value-Based Threshold Support for Service Monitor Alerts

Service Monitor threshold configuration currently supports only percentage-based conditions, which does not allow administrators to alert on absolute values such as remaining free disk space in gigabytes. This limitation can produce alerts that are either too sensitive or not sensitive enough depending on the total capacity of the monitored resource. This enhancement would add support for absolute value-based thresholds within Service Monitor, allowing administrators to configure alerts such as "less than 1GB free" in addition to existing percentage-based options. Customers would gain more precise and meaningful alerting, particularly for large-capacity systems where a percentage threshold alone does not accurately reflect operational risk.
