NetBrain LIVE 2026 brought customers, partners, and the NetBrain team together in Boston for a week centered on one theme: Agentic NetOps. Between the mainstage keynote, a packed expo floor, four session tracks, and an evening on the harbor, the community left with a clear picture of where NetOps is headed — and a hands-on look at R13, the Agentic NetOps Platform.

Keynote: Introducing R13 — The Agentic NetOps Platform
The mainstage keynote centered on the launch of R13, positioned as NetBrain's Agentic NetOps Platform. The architecture was framed around three layers working together through the NetBrain NetOps Harness: your network intent, automation tools, and live network context — all grounded in the real-time digital twin.

From there, the keynote made the business case for Agentic NetOps, walking through the value proposition: saving time, enhancing operational efficiency, improving the stakeholder experience, reducing errors, addressing skills and resource gaps, and cost optimization.

Session Tracks
Breakout sessions throughout the week were organized into four tracks:
- Proactive Operations: “Drift Happens. Outages Don't Have To.” How top teams catch problems before customers do. Built for architects, compliance teams, and NOC leaders.
- Change with Confidence: The path to zero change-induced outages at scale — automating change validation. Built for senior engineers and change managers.
- Diagnose with Automation and AI: Fixing problems faster by letting automation do it, cutting diagnosis time from hours to minutes. Built for network engineers and operations teams.
- Path to Agentic NetOps: How leading organizations are adopting agentic AI they can trust to transform network operations. Built for leaders, innovation teams, and automation champions.
Expo Floor: Meet the AI Team
The expo floor centered on the “Meet the AI Team” area, where the NetBrain team walked attendees through the Agentic Platform's five agents — Companion, Deep Diagnosis, Assessment, Change, and Automation — all working through one conversational AI Copilot interface, grounded in the real-time digital twin and running under strict guardrails: read-only context, an allow-list of tools, and every change routed through pending review. Mission Control: Hands-On with the Platform
For attendees who wanted to get hands-on rather than just watch, the expo included Mission Control — a set of four guided missions (Deep Diagnosis, Change & Impact, Prevention, and Agent Build) that let attendees work directly in the platform, with raffle tickets awarded for each mission completed.
