Cisco Live 2026 was a week full of energy, conversations, and momentum — and for NetBrain, it was all about our customers.

From the Zero Outage Lounge at Mandalay Bay to A Race to Agentic NetOps at the Las Vegas Grand Prix circuit, we had the opportunity to connect with network teams, hear what they are focused on, and show how NetBrain is helping organizations move toward faster troubleshooting, smarter automation, and a zero-outage future.
And with NetBrain featured on the Sphere throughout the week, our message was hard to miss: the future of network operations is becoming more proactive, automated, and intelligent.
Customer Conversations at the Zero Outage Lounge
The NetBrain Zero Outage Lounge gave customers a dedicated space to step away from the busy conference floor and have deeper conversations with our team.
With three demo areas, customers were able to explore live demos of NetBrain 12.3.1, ask questions, and see how the platform applies to their own environments. The discussions were practical and direct, focused on the challenges network teams face every day: reducing incident response times, improving visibility across hybrid infrastructure, automating repetitive troubleshooting, and preventing issues before they become outages.

What stood out most was the level of engagement. Customers brought real scenarios, real questions, and real goals. Those conversations helped make the lounge more than a demo space — it became a place to collaborate on what better network operations can look like.
NetBrain on the Sphere
It would not be Las Vegas without a larger-than-life moment.
Throughout Cisco Live week, NetBrain appeared on the Sphere, bringing Zero Outage and Agentic NetOps to one of the most visible stages in the world. For our team and customers, it was a memorable moment — and a strong reflection of the momentum building around the future of network operations.
A Race to Agentic NetOps at the Las Vegas Grand Prix
One of the highlights of the week was bringing customers and partners together for A Race to Agentic NetOps at the Las Vegas Grand Prix Plaza.

The setting was unforgettable: Formula 1 racing simulators, the Las Vegas Strip and Sphere in the background, and great conversations with the people helping lead the future of network operations.
The connection between Formula 1 and NetOps was clear. Both rely on speed, precision, real-time data, teamwork, and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. For network teams, that pressure is familiar. When something goes wrong, every second matters.
The event gave us a chance to thank our customers, continue the conversations from the lounge, and talk about where their teams are headed next.
