Hi everyone, I’m Sothan, the new Community Marketing Manager here at NetBrain.

I recently joined to help reimagine and refresh what the NetBrain Exchange can be — a space that taps into the potential of our community, brings forward customer stories, and creates more opportunities to connect and collaborate.

A bit about me: I’ve worked at Cisco, HP, and Huel, helping build thriving customer and user communities from the ground up. I’m based in Southern California, and when I’m not working, I’m usually traveling, hanging out with my dog, or working on new skills. I also enjoy trying out new restaurants and use photography as a creative outlet whenever I can.

If you’ve been active on the Exchange lately, you might’ve noticed some changes already rolling out —

• Improved tools that make it easier to find support and answers to your questions

And that’s just the beginning. We’re introducing more ways to engage through interactive posts, featured use cases, and a refreshed content flow.
