We’ve officially launched a new badge system to recognize the time, energy, and insight our members bring to the community. Whether you’re starting out or already leading conversations across automation topics, these badges are our way of celebrating your journey.

Each level reflects how members contribute, connect, and collaborate with others in the Exchange:

🟣 Participant

Every great journey starts with one post. Participants earn their badge after creating their first discussion topic and joining the conversation. You’re discovering the Exchange, contributing your first ideas, and taking the first step toward becoming a key voice in our community.

🔵 Contributor

Consistency builds momentum. Contributors are recognized after creating five topic posts and posting at least one reply. You’re helping shape the Exchange through regular engagement — adding new discussions, responding thoughtfully, and keeping conversations active.

🟡 Influencer

Influencers turn dialogue into inspiration. Earn this badge by creating ten new topics and posting five replies. Your ideas spark responses, your perspective carries weight, and your activity drives meaningful collaboration across the community.

🔵 Trailblazer

Trailblazers lead the way. They’ve created twenty topics and posted ten replies, showing ongoing commitment and leadership. You’re helping the Exchange grow by sharing advanced insights, solutions, and experiences that guide others forward.

🏆 Champion

Champions are recognized for outstanding impact — they go beyond activity metrics. Champions embody the community’s collaborative spirit, participate in feedback sessions and surveys with the NetBrain team, and take part in upcoming user webinars to share their insights. This is the highest level of recognition, awarded to members who make a lasting mark on the Exchange.
