Last month brought a lot of momentum across the NetBrain community — from the 12.3 release and AI Deep Diagnosis to RSAC highlights, the Mission Challenge, and new resources for network operations teams. Here’s what’s worth checking out this month.

NetBrain 12.3 Webinar Recap: Agentic NetOps and AI-Driven Network Operations

NetBrain’s 12.3 webinar recap highlights how the new release brings together AI, automation, and live network context to help teams resolve issues faster and prevent outages before they happen. The session covered Runbook AI Companion, Deep Diagnosis Agent, ITSM integrations, trigger automation, remediation suggestions, and Quick Assessments.

The NetBrain Solution Library Mission Challenge Is Live

The Mission Challenge launched on March 18, 2026 and gives users a chance to work through real network scenarios in a live sandbox with no setup required. Missions are built around practical use cases like outage diagnosis and automated runbook workflows, and participants can earn up to $150 in rewards.

What’s New in NetBrain 12.3: AI Deep Diagnosis

AI Deep Diagnosis is one of the biggest additions in 12.3, designed to help teams identify root cause faster using live digital twin data, step-by-step reasoning, and visual evidence. The Exchange article says it can cut troubleshooting time from hours to minutes, guide junior engineers through expert-level workflows, and turn investigations into reusable runbooks.

Highlights from RSAC 2026

NetBrain’s RSAC recap focuses on how network and security operations are becoming more connected and why stronger security starts with smarter networks. The post also calls out strong booth traffic, conversations with both customers and new prospects, and continued momentum from the live demos.

NetBrain in London: Cloud & AI Infrastructure 2026

NetBrain’s EMEA team spent two days at Cloud & AI Infrastructure London 2026, giving live demos of Agentic NetOps and connecting with cloud and infrastructure leaders. Nice reminder that network automation is not exactly a niche dinner-table topic anymore.

Agentic NetOps Is Gaining Ground

In a recent LinkedIn post, NetBrain shared that Gartner predicts 50% of organizations will be running Agentic NetOps by 2030. The post features CEO Bernadette Nixon with Jay Barrett and David Mann discussing what that shift looks like and why teams are moving beyond basic automation.

New eBook: Empower Your NOC with AI-Powered Troubleshooting Automation

NetBrain’s latest eBook focuses on the growing pressure on NOCs to manage more complexity with fewer resources. It positions intelligent automation as a way to help teams monitor, manage, and maintain network systems with more speed, precision, and consistency.
