The NetBrain Solution Library is now live and ready for you to jump in.

This is your chance to work through real network scenarios in a live sandbox environment that mirrors production conditions—no risk, no setup required.

Step into the sandbox, open a mission video, and follow along to diagnose and resolve issues just like a real support case. From outage root cause analysis to building automated runbooks, each mission is designed around real-world challenges.

How it works

  • 1. Get Sandbox Access
    • Access a live environment and start working immediately.
  • 2. Choose Your Mission
    • Follow guided scenarios and solve real network problems step by step.
  • 3. Earn Your Rewards
    • Complete 1 mission to earn $50. Complete 3+ missions to earn an additional $100. (See FAQs for details)

Each mission only takes a few minutes and shows how NetBrain automation can simplify everyday troubleshooting.

I have completed first 4 Mission

Mission: Post-Mortem Analysis
Mission: Transient Problem Diagnosis
Mission: Manual Workflow Transformation
Mission: Intent-Based Auto Testing

These NetBrain sandbox missions are awesome. The real-world examples really clicked for me, especially the Post-Mortem Analysis. Watching the process of building a diagnosis runbook, embedding an intent, saving it as a template, and finally converting it into a dashboard gave me a lot of ideas. I'm definitely going to re-watch and try setting this up in our own network.

One small piece of feedback: the video content doesn't always match the sandbox environment 1-to-1. For example, in the Intent-Based Auto Testing mission, the Auto Test Automation Insight tasks are missing from the lab. I noticed a few other minor gaps in the other missions too. It didn't stop me from learning, but it might confuse brand-new users. Overall, though, really great stuff!

Thank you for completing the first 4 missions — that is fantastic progress, and kudos to you for taking the time to work through them so thoughtfully.

We are really glad the real-world scenarios clicked for you, especially the Post-Mortem Analysis mission. Your feedback is also very valuable.
You are absolutely right that in a few cases the video walkthrough and the live sandbox can get slightly out of sync, since they are updated through separate content cycles. In some instances, that can lead to a small delay between the latest lab environment changes and the recorded mission flow.

That said, we do validate the automations and mission steps carefully, and we are actively working to close those gaps and keep the experience aligned as closely as possible. Feedback like yours helps us improve the content for everyone, especially new users.

Also, if these missions sparked new ideas for your network, we highly recommend exploring NetBrain Universitand our Power User trainings, where you can deepen your automation skills and discover new ways to simplify and scale your NetOps workflows.

Thanks again for sharing your experience here, and we hope you get through the remaining missions soon — we are excited to hear what you think about the rest of the library. 👍
