Click the “Create a post” button in the top right of any category. Add a clear title, write your topic, question or idea, and hit Publish.

Each category is designed for a specific type of conversation—like NetBrain Platform, Feedback & Ideas, or Spotlight. If you’re not sure, just pick the closest fit and our team will help guide it.

3. How do I update my profile?
Click your avatar in the top right, select Profile, and then Edit Profile. Add a photo, your role, and a short bio. A little personality goes a long way in helping others connect with you.

4. Can I follow topics I care about?
Yes! Subscribe to categories, threads, or tags by clicking Follow. You’ll get notifications when new posts pop up.

5. How do I stay updated on community news?
Check the News & Announcements section for product releases, events, and webinars. You can also adjust your email notification settings in your profile.

6. Who can I connect with here?
Everyone—customers, partners, and fellow networking + automation enthusiasts. Jump into threads, reply to posts, or send a DM to start a conversation.

7. How do I report an issue or ask for help?
Post in Platform – General Questions & Support or message the community team directly.
