By agreeing to participate in this NO-CODE Network Automation Hackathon (“Hackathon”), I consent to the video and audio recording of my statements and grant NetBrain Technologies, Inc. (“Company”) and its affiliates and agents, the right to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce and use all or a portion of my likeness, photo, video, name, company name, comments, and submissions  (the “Hackathon Participation”) for marketing activities related to NetBrain’s software and service offerings (the “Work”).  I permit the use of all or a portion of the Hackathon Participation in all forms and media including advertising and related promotion throughout the world and in perpetuity.  I grant the right to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the Hackathon Participation and waive the right to inspect or approve use of my Hackathon Participation as incorporated in the Work.  I acknowledge and agree that I am not entitled to any form of payment from Company.  For further information, please see Company’s Privacy Policy at https://www.netbraintech.com/privacy-policy.

I release Company and its assigns, licensees and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Hackathon Participation, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.  I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Work.  Company is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement.

I also grant to Company all right, title, and interest in and to all Hackathon Participation’s intellectual property rights of any kind whatsoever, which will be the sole and exclusive property of Company.  Company shall have the unrestricted right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to use and commercialize any of the Hackathon Participation, including the filing of any application for registration of any intellectual property rights.  No royalty or other consideration shall be due or owed to me, now or in the future as a result of such activities.
