Welcome to the NetBrain Community!
We’re thrilled to have you here. 🎉

This is the place where network pros, system admins, partners, and automation enthusiasts come together to swap knowledge, troubleshoot, and chat about the future of networking. To keep things helpful and respectful, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines. Think of these as guardrails to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.

Community Guidelines

Your participation here is subject to these Guidelines and our Online Community Terms of Use:

1. Be professional, kind, and courteous
Respect fellow members. Keep your tone positive and your feedback constructive—whether you’re sharing a success story, asking a tough question, or critiquing a runbook idea. No NSFW content, profanity, or attempts to sneak around filters.

2. No hate speech, bullying, or harassment
We don’t tolerate bullying or degrading comments based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity. Posts that attack other members or NetBrain staff will be removed.

3. Stay on topic (no spam)
Posts should be relevant to NetBrain, networking, and automation. Duplicate threads, off-topic promotions, or spamming the same question across categories clutters the space. Patience helps—if your question isn’t answered right away, give it time.

4. Protect everyone’s privacy (including your own)
Don’t share confidential details or personal identifying information in public threads. Respect the privacy of others.

5. No soliciting
Sales pitches and unsolicited DMs aren’t what this space is for. If you’ve got a solution that fits a discussion, share it openly and transparently—otherwise, skip the promo.

6. Be yourself, accurately
Use a name or username that reflects you or your role. Please don’t misrepresent yourself or use “NetBrain” in your display name unless you’re part of the NetBrain team.

Persistent or serious violations may lead to temporary or permanent suspension. NetBrain staff reserve the right to remove content or accounts at their discretion.

How to report violations

If you see a post that doesn’t follow these guidelines, click the three dots on the bottom right of the post and select “Flag.” The NetBrain Community Team will review and take appropriate action.

How to get technical support

The community is a great place to ask how-to questions, share automation workflows, or troubleshoot with peers. You’re encouraged to post your questions here—other members or NetBrain experts may have the answer you’re looking for.

For official support—like technical bugs or account issues—please visit the NetBrain Customer Center or contact the NetBrain Support team directly.
