We’re excited to announce that NetBrain 12.3.1 will be available starting June 1, bringing new capabilities that help network teams move closer to Agentic NetOps — where automation, AI, and live network intelligence work together to support faster, more reliable operations.

Today’s network teams are being asked to do more with greater speed and precision. But too often, teams are still stuck jumping between tools, manually validating network paths, recreating troubleshooting steps, and relying on tribal knowledge when issues hit.

NetBrain 12.3.1 helps change that.

This release strengthens the foundation for Agentic NetOps by giving teams the verified network context, validated paths, and operational intelligence needed to support more confident diagnosis, remediation, and automation.

What’s new in NetBrain 12.3.1

AI Path Doctor
Validates network paths, flags inaccuracies, and generates runbooks to remediate issues. Reliable paths are the foundation for every diagnosis and automation that agents run.

Agent Skills
Captures institutional knowledge and best practices as reusable Agent Skills, allowing NetBrain Agents to be tailored to each customer environment without writing code or retraining models.

Cross-Domain Context
New integrations bring application and infrastructure context from ITSM, security, and APM platforms, including Dynatrace, into NetBrain’s diagnosis workflow. This helps resolve the classic “is it the network or the application?” question while helping reduce ticket volume.

Golden Assessment Library 26.06
New and updated pre-built network assessments help teams stay ahead of industry shifts, with expanded coverage for capacity management, Cisco ACI intent integration with Deep Diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills for Deep Diagnosis.

LLM Flexibility and MCP Support
Native support for Claude, Gemini, GPT, and OpenAI-compatible endpoints, including self-hosted models. Through MCP, NetBrain’s network intelligence is available to broader agentic enterprise environments, helping ground AI platforms in live network truth.

Why it matters

With NetBrain 12.3.1, teams can reduce MTTR, improve change confidence, validate network behavior faster, and turn expert knowledge into repeatable action.

It’s another step toward a future where network operations become more:

Aware. Enabled. Proactive. Autonomous.

That’s the journey to Agentic NetOps, and NetBrain is helping chart the path forward.
