Looking to see if the community has built a Network Change Runbook Template for doing IOS Upgrades?

Hello aholman! Hope you are doing well. NetBrain platform currently supports IOS upgrades through our Network Change Management module, using Ansible task within the change runbook to push the change process.

Below you can find some information on how to get the Ansible integration going.

Installing Ansible Agent

NetBrain Ansible Agent must be on the same machine where the RedHat Ansible Engine is installed. The Front Server communicates with the NetBrain Ansible Agent, and the NetBrain Ansible Agent calls the RedHat Ansible component in the Linux OS by pushing CLI commands to the terminal.

In terms of actually getting the Ansible playbook developed and ready, you can take advantage of the Ansible documentation for this, where they have an extensive library of examples you can consult. There are also numerous videos online that you can take as reference to get this accomplished as well.

Hope this helps and please do let us know if there is anything else we can answer for you.

Regards!
